- A clear strategy for repaying investors back over a 5 – 20+ year period
- A desire to raise at least £250,000 in investment

Ethex is a not-for-profit organisation and we strive to keep our fees as low as possible, so organisations raising finance can benefit from more of the money they raise. We charge a fixed fee plus a percentage of any monies raised.

We’re happy to discuss a raise of any size. The minimum amount you can raise with us is £250,000, the average raise is around £400,000, and our largest raise to date has been £5,000,000.
